WhitServe [NPE] filed suit against GoDaddy.com and Zygo over two patents related to website services including automatic billing renewals and email reminders. WhitServe has asserted the same patents, obtained in July 2002, in four suits since 2010. 6/14, District of Connecticut, 3:2011cv00948.
