Stragent [NPE] and Seesaw Foundation [NPE] filed suit against Intel over three patents related to network processors with a cyclic redundancy check.  Stragent has filed over 15 suits since 2008, including an April 2010 suit asserting the same patents against Freescale Semiconductor and Lattice Semiconductor.  The patents-in-suit were assigned to BBN Technologies and Azure Networks prior to their assignment to Stragent and Seesaw.  8/10, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00421.
