HTC [NPE] filed a declaratory judgment against SoftView over two patents related to a scalable display of Internet content on mobile devices.  5/31, Western District of  Washington, 2:2011cv00908. SoftView filed suit against Apple and AT&T in Deleware in May of 2010.  According to HTC’s filing, SoftView has filed a motion to amend its original complaint to add HTC as a party to the 2010 suit.
