Stragent [NPE] filed suit against and a number of auto companies including Audi, BMW, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Toyota and Volkswagen for alleged infringment of a patent related to voice controlled media players.  Pioneer navigation devices are identified as the allegedly infringing product.  5/31, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00278. Stragent appears to have acquired the patent in 2007 and assigned it to the co-plaintiff, SeeSaw Foundation, in May 2011.
