X2Y Attenuators Sues Apple, HP, and Intel over Circuit Design Patents

X2Y Attenuators filed suit against Apple, HP, and Intel for alleged infringement of five patents related to integrated circuit design. 5/27, Western District of Pennsylvania, 1:2011cv00117.  This is X2Y Attenuators‘ first patent suit. X2Y’s web site identifies Samsung as a manufacturer of multilayer chip capacitors based on X2Y designs.  Accused products identified in the complaint include Intel microprocessors and computing devices that incorporate them.
