TeleCommunication Systems filed a declaratory judgment against Alfred B. Levine [NPE] over two patents related to wireless navigation systems. 5/27, District of Maryland, 8:2011cv01460.  In November 2009, Levine filed suit against a number of handset companies and wireless carriers, including  AT&T,  Kyocera, LG, Motorola, RIM, Samsung, Sprint,  T-Mobile, and Verizon.  TeleCommunication Systems supplies the navigation application to Verizon.
