Satoshi Do/Milestone [INV/NPE] filed suit against Nintendo over a patent related to a camera lens. 5/24, Western District of Washington, 2:2011cv00865. The complaint alleges infringement by the camera lens on Nintendo’s DSi devices. This is the first patent suit involving the Do/Milestone patent.
