Invensas [New NPE] filed suit against Renesas for alleged infringement of four patents related to semiconductor assemblies. 5/23, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00448. Invensas is a subsidiary of Tessera. The patents-in-suit were assigned to Tessera by LSI Logic in 2009. This is the first suit involving the patents.
