Jedi Technologies [NPE] filed suit against SpeedDate.com for alleged infringement of two patents related to online dating systems using compatibility criteria. 5/19, District of Arizona, 4:2011cv00304. According to the PTO, the patents-in-suit were assigned to iPotential in 2007. This is the first suit filed by Jedi.
