May 18, 2011-  A motion to dismiss Cisco from a 2010 suit filed by NPE plaintiff, Vigilos, was filed yesterday.  Cisco was among defendants accused of infringing a patent the NPE had acquired from a former operating company by the same name.  Accused products identified in the suit included remote patient monitoring systems.  RPX client AMD was dismissed from the suit in February 2011.  One RPX client, Intel, is still an active defendant in the suit.
