May 17, 2011- Toshiba is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire Swiss smart meter company, Landis & Gyr in a deal worth an estimated $2 billion. Sipco, a recently identified NPE, has launched litigation against suppliers of remote wireless monitoring equipment.
