Cisco and Motorola filed for declaratory judgment against Innovatio IP Ventures [NPE] over 17 patents related to WLAN products. 5/13, District of Delaware, docket number unavailable.  Innovatio IP Ventures filed two suits in March and May of 2011 using the same patents against 11 total defendants.  The Innovatio patents were assigned by Broadcom in February 2011.  Cisco and Motorola may be receiving indemnification requests from Innovatio IP defendants.
