JuxtaComm-Texas Software [NPE] filed suit against Lanier Parking and seven other companies specializing in automobile parking logistics over a patent related to exchange data systems. This appears to be a transfer of a suit filed in Florida in April. 5/6, Eastern District of Virgina, 3:2011cv00299.
