SynKloud Technologies, LLC has opened up a second litigation campaign, suing Nuance Communications (1:20-cv-10564) over one of the seven patents received from General Voice, LLC in January of this year. The asserted patent is broadly directed to speech recognition technology, with infringement allegations targeting Nuance over its provision of “software and systems loaded on non-transitory computer readable media for speech recognition file transfer, including without limitation, Dragon Premium, Dragon Professional Individual, and Dragon Legal Individual, which all feature infringing technology that allows users to transfer voice model files between a source computer and a destination computer resulting in an increase in speech recognition accuracy in the destination computer”.
