For example, in its lithium ion battery discharge campaign, Celebration IP LLC sued ON Semiconductor (Semiconductor Components Industries) (1:20-cv-00860), and, in its targeted advertising campaign, Digi Portal LLC hit Apollo Global Management (CareerBuilder) (1:20-cv-00860), CoStar (1:20-cv-00861), DHI Group (1:20-cv-00862), Hilton (1:20-cv-00863), Marriott (1:20-cv-00864), and United Communications Group (GasBuddy) (1:20-cv-00880). June also saw IP Edge expand ongoing campaigns waged by Guada Technologies LLC, Hydro Net LLC, Mod Stack LLC, Stormborn Technologies LLC, Valyrian IP LLC, Zavala Licensing LLC, and Zyrcuits IP LLC.
