ArrivalStar and Melvino Technologies Limited filed suit against DriveCam alleging that DriveCam’s Fleet Tracking Solution platform infringes three patents related to GPS notification and vehicle monitoring.  Since 2006, ArrivalStar has filed suit against more than 400 defendants.  Martin Kelly Jones is the named inventor on the patents-in-suit and ArrivalStar’s founder and CEO.  12/11, Northern District of Illinois, assigned to Honorable Ronald A.
