Peschke Map Technologies filed 18 separate suits against Bayer Properties, Boulevard Invest, CenterCal Properties, General Growth Properties, Glimcher Colonial Park Mall, Irvine Company, JJ Gumberg, Lerner Corporation, Macerich Partnership, Madison Marquette Retail Services, Short Hills Associates, Simon Property Group, Tarragon, Triple Five Worldwide Development, Urban Retail Properties, VF Outlet, Vornado Realty and Westfield Concession Management, alleging that the defendants’ websites which include maps that display multiple store layouts, descriptions and related store information infringe a patent related to a computerized map navigation and display system.  These are the first patent infringement suits filed by Peschke Map Technologies.
