Telecommunications Research Laboratories (TR Labs) and TR Technologies filed three separate suits against BT Americas, Cablevision, and Frontier Communications, alleging that the defendants’ mesh telecommunications networks infringe seven patents related to network provisioning and restoration.  TR Labs and Alberta Telecommunications Research Center have filed 10 prior suits since November 2005 against over 15 defendants including AT&T, Dell, Samsung, Sony, Texas Instruments, and Verizon.  The patents-in-suit were issued to TR Labs between December 1998 and August 2007.  11/2, District of New Jersey, assigned to Judge Peter G.
