Gemini IP [NPE] filed three separate suits against Axence Software, BMC Software, and Quest Software, alleging that the defendants’ customer service and support systems infringe a patent related to network-based customer service.  Gemini IP is an IPNavigation (IPNav) assertion entity.   The patent-in-suit survived re-examination in September 2010.  9/13, Eastern District of Texas, Judge Richard A.
