Computer Circuit Operations LLC has added a 2021 wave of suits to the litigation campaign, begun in mid-2019, targeting the provision of certain types of double data rate (DDR) memory controllers (including DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR3, LPDDR4, and/or LPDDR4x) and/or processors, microcontrollers, and systems-on-chip (SoCs) incorporating such memory. The new defendants are Broadcom (6:21-cv-00136), Cadence Design Systems (6:21-cv-00137), NXP (6:21-cv-00138), Synopsys (6:21-cv-00139), and TI (6:21-cv-00140), all sued in the Western District of Texas.
