Two late 2020 patent assignments recently made public by the USPTO suggest that more litigation may be in store for the targets of Teleputers, LLC, an NPE that last year sued Fujitsu, Oracle (Sun Microsystems), Marvell, and Renesas over their provision of certain systems-on-chip (SoCs).
