Kickapoo Run [NPE] filed four separate suits against CureMD.com, InfoMC, Nextgen Healthcare Information Systems and Vision Infonet, alleging that the defendants’ systems for remotely utilizing servers for processing psychological data infringe a patent related to processing psychological data.  Raymond Joao is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, which he assigned to Kickapoo in July 2011.  Kickapoo Run has filed two prior suits since September 2011 against 11 medical related companies including Athenahealth, Credible Wireless, Defran Systems, Mathemedics, McKesson, Netsmart Technologies and WebMD.  Raymond Joao is also affiliated with Joao Bock Transactions and Joao Control & Monitoring.  6/21, Eastern District of Texas, no judge yet assigned, 2:2012cv00378, 2:2012cv00379, 2:2012cv00380, 2:2012cv00381.
