Google Acquires MobileTechnology Patents from Magnolia Broadband

June 5, 2012 -  Magnolia Broadband, a provider of cellular beamforming solutions, sold its portfolio of patents related to RF uplink technologies to Google.  According to the USPTO, Magnolia assigned 35 patents and 17 applications  to Google in March 2012.
