Cisco and Microsoft Tagged in New Eastern District of Texas Campaign

March 20, 2021

Delaware NPE Netcom Global Solutions LLC has launched its first litigation campaign, suing Cisco (9:21-cv-00050) and Microsoft (9:21-cv-00051) over a single patent broadly directed to routing communications through a specific “identity/zone firewall” based on the contact’s identity.
