Wisconsin Technology Ventures Group (WTVG) [NPE] filed suit against MyCoupons, alleging that MyCoupon’s search engine software infringes two patents related to keyword search functionality and processing digital images.  WTVG has filed two prior suits since May 3, 2012 against FatWallet and One Way Shopping.  One of the patents-in-suit originated with Eastman Kodak and was assigned to Citicorp in February 2012. The other was developed by Miva, formerly known as ESpotting Media, and was assigned to WTVG in March 2012.  5/17, Western District of Wisconsin, no judge yet assigned, 3:2012cv00365.
