Trustco Bank filed an action for declaratory judgment against Automated Transactions [NPE], seeking declaration that its ATMs do not infringe 13 patents related to ATMs.  According to the complaint, Trustco Bank received demand letters from Automated Transactions, stating that Automated Transactions is the exclusive licensee of the patents-in-suit and offering Trustco a sub-license to the patents.  David Barcelou is the named inventor on all the patents-in-suit, which were assigned to Transaction Holdings in 2003.  5/17, District of Delaware, no judge yet assigned, 1:012cv00613.
