VI Technologies, LLC has filed what appears to be its first patent litigation, suing Aerotech Mapping (6:21-cv-00297), LG Electronics (LGE) (6:21-cv-00314), Merrick & Company (6:21-cv-00316), and Woolpert (6:21-cv-00318) in separate Western District of Texas cases. The plaintiff asserts, in overlapping sets, nine patents broadly directed to processing image data captured with a vehicle.
