Sonic Industry [NPE] filed suit against SerSart.  The complaint is currently unavailable.  Sonic Industry has filed six prior suits since December 2011 against Charles Schwab, Corventis, OptionsHouse, Scottrade, TradeKing, and TradeMonster over a patent related to data extraction using limit setting applied by a remote device.  According to PTO records, the patent asserted in the prior suits is one of three assigned to an entity named Wilson Telemetry.  5/11, Central District of California, Magistrate Judge Stephen J.
