Lone Star Document Management [NPE] filed suit against Motive Systems and four others over a patent related to electronic document proofing. 3/14, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00169. RPX reviewed the patent-in-suit when it was in suit against Adobe in the 2009 case, IPEX v. Adobe. The patent was assigned from IPEX to Lone Star in September 2010.
