Eclipse IP [NPE] filed suit against MeetMoi, alleging that MeetMoi’s mobile dating service infringes two patents related to mobile communication notifications.  Eclipse has filed three prior suits since May 2011 against six defendants and was subject to one action for declaratory judgment brought by UPS in June 2011.  The patents-in-suit were assigned by the inventor, Scott A. Horstemeyer, to Martin Kelly Jones of ArrivalStar [NPE] before being assigned to Eclipse in January 2011.  Scott A.
