April 2, 2012 – PC World reports that Microsoft is relocating a European distribution center from Germany to the Netherlands to avoid a potential injunction that could be ordered if Microsoft loses a patent suit brought by Motorola in Germany.  The Motorola suit targets the use of the H.264 video standard in Microsoft’s Windows 7 and Xbox products.
