Andrew Katrinecz [INV] and David Byrd [INV] filed suit against Dobbs Stanford doing business as GrandTec, alleging that the defendant’s flexible keyboards infringe two patents related to illuminated keyboards and keypads.  Katrinecz and Byrd have filed 10 prior suits since February 2008.  They are the named inventors on the patents-in-suit, which originated with Twenty-First Century Technology and were assigned to Bryd and Katrinecz in August 2007.  2/2, Western District of Texas, 1:2012cv00107.
