One-E-Way [NPE] filed three separate suits against Harman, Jaybird Gear, and Imation. The complaints are currently unavailable.  One-E-Way filed suit in August 2011 against Audiovox, Harman, Jaybird Gear, Imation, Plantronics, and TDK over a patent related to wireless digital audio.  The defendants were dismissed from that suit for misjoinder and One-E-Way was ordered to refile against them individually.  1/23, Central District of California, 2:2012cv00601; 2:2012cv00603; 2:2012cv00608.
