Moddha Interactive [NPE] filed suit against Philips Electronics, alleging that Phillips’ speakers infringe two patents related to advanced membrane transducers. Edward Porrazzo is one of the named inventors on the patents-in-suit as well as the Secretary/Treasurer of Moddha Interactive. The patents-in-suit were assigned to Moddha Interactive in December 2011. 1/13, District of Hawaii, 1:2012cv00028.
