Mishcon de Reya has joined the ranks of law firms striking formal partnerships with litigation funders. The firm announced this week the launch of a $200M litigation finance venture called MDR Solutions I—described by Mishcon as “the result of a strategic partnership” with Harbour Litigation Funding, one of the world’s largest privately owned litigation funders.
