Joao Control and Monitoring Systems [NPE] filed suit against Digital Playground.  The complaint is currently unavailable.  Joao Control and Monitoring has filed seven prior suits since 2009 against more than 30 defendants, and has been subject to one action for declaratory judgment.  The patents-in-suit were issued to inventor, Raymond Joao, who assigned them to Joao Control and Monitoring Systems in December 2008.  1/17, Central District of California, 2:2012cv00417.
