LINFO IP LLC, a plaintiff linked to patent monetization firm Dynamic IP Deals LLC (d/b/a DynaIP), has already expanded the litigation campaign that it began last month, filing October suits against retailers Costco (6:21-cv-01072), CVS (6:21-cv-01074), Lowes (6:21-cv-01076), Sears (6:21-cv-01077), and Target (6:21-cv-01075). Those Western District of Texas cases join litigation against Academy Sports & Outdoors, Home Depot, and J2 Global barely underway there. LINFO IP holds, and has now begun asserting, a portfolio of over three dozen assets generally related to processing natural language for search and user interfaces.
