ImmerVision (f/k/a 6115187 Canada Inc.), an apparent developer of “advanced vision systems combining optics, image processing, and sensor fusion technology”, has sued Apple (1:21-cv-01484) in the District of Delaware over a single patent generally related to capturing a “digital panoramic image”. The plaintiff’s infringement allegations target the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max smartphones for incorporating a “panoramic objective lens structure”.
