buySAFE filed suit against Google over a patent related to third-party certification and transactional guarantees for online merchants. According to the complaint, Google exploited business discussions with buySAFE to create its competing business, “Google Trusted Stores.” 12/22, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv01282.
