November 5, 2021

Wiesblatt Licensing LLC, an apparent IP Edge LLC plaintiff, has sued Insight Enterprises (1:21-cv-01521), Lenovo (1:21-cv-01524), and XFX Technology (1:21-cv-01525) in the District of Delaware over a former Seiko patent broadly directed to “circuitry for transferring data”. The defendants are accused of infringement through the provision or sale of computer cards that support the Low Power Double Data Rate 5 (LPDDR5) standard: for Insight Enterprises, over the sale of the Gigabyte GV-N710D5-2GL graphics card; for Lenovo, over the provision of the ThinkStation NVIDIA Quadro P5000 graphics card; and for XFX, over the provision of the XFX AMD Radeon RX 500 2GB Double Dissipation graphics card.
