ImmerVision (f/k/a 6115187 Canada Inc.), an apparent developer of “advanced vision systems combining optics, image processing, and sensor fusion technology”, has kicked off a second litigation campaign, filing suit against Apple (1:21-cv-01570) in the District of Delaware. The new complaint comes on the heels of ImmerVision’s late-October suit, again against Apple, where it targeted the incorporation of panoramic lenses in certain smartphones and tablets.
