Creekview IP LLC, an apparent IP Edge LLC plaintiff, has filed its first litigation, suing Eagletree Capital (Corsair Gaming) (1:21-cv-01685) and Hon Hai Precision Industry (Belkin) (1:21-cv-01686) in the District of Delaware; Nokia (2:21-cv-00442) and Verizon (2:21-cv-00443) in the Eastern District of Texas; and Logitech (3:21-cv-05866) and in the Western District of Washington. A single wireless power transfer patent is asserted against the defendants’ respective provision of smartphones with Qi wireless charging support (Nokia) and Qi wireless charging pads (Belkin, Corsair, Logitech, and Verizon).
