Juniper Networks filed and action for declaratory judgment against Mosaid Technologies [NPE], seeking declaration that Juniper’s Media Flow solutions do not infringe three patents related to network infrastructure cache.  The patents-in-suit were assigned to Mosaid in April 2011 by Twister Investments.  Mosaid filed suit against Juniper Networks over the same patents in August 2011, and has filed more than a dozen other suit since 2005.  12/13, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv06264.
