December 12, 2011- IDC reported third quarter 2011 enterprise video conferencing market results.  According to IDC, the Q3 worldwide enterprise video conferencing and telepresence market grew 24.3% year over year to $680.4 million. The single-codec telepresence market segment grew 36.6% year over year to $379.7 million and now accounts for 55.8% of the total market. Cisco‘s Q3 revenue increased 32.5% year-over-year. (Cisco holds 51.6% of the market.) Polycom‘s revenue increased 19.4% in Q3.
