PCS Sales filed an action for declaratory judgment against Lodsys [NPE], seeking declaration that its website’s “feedback” page does not infringe four patents related to a customer-based product design module. Since February 2011, Lodsys has filed four patent infringement suits, and has been subject to ten prior actions for declaratory judgment.  Daniel H.
