Preservation Technologies [NPE] filed two separate suits against Amazon, Dish Network, Facebook, Google, Netflix, Sony, and YouTube.  The complaints are currently unavailable.  These are the first patent infringement suits initiated by Preservation Technologies.  12/2, Central District of California, 8:2011cv01860; 8:2011cv01862.
