MOVology Sues BigCommerce in West Texas

Late last month, Mov-Ology, LLC (d/b/a MOVology) filed what appears to be its first patent case, suing BigCommerce (6:22-cv-00084) over the provision of its platform. At issue are certain features—the Conversion Rate Optimization and Form Analytics tools—related to tracking and analyzing user activity, targeted with two homegrown patents generally related to obtaining data from “abandoned electronic forms”.
