Integren Holdings [NPE] filed suit against GO800, a startup provider of mobile media solutions. GO800 supplies a service that enables Twitter subscribers to receive phone calls using their Twitter account name.  Complaint unavailable. 5/23, Southern District of New York, 1:2011cv03526.  GO800 previously filed for declaratory judgment against Intregren Holdings in April 2010 after receiving  a cease and desist letter from Integren.  Integren holds five issued US patents originally assigned to a company called Softalk.
