Nextel, Sprint, and Virgin Mobile filed an action for declaratory judgment against John R. Gammino [INV], seeking declaration that their pre-paid calling services do not infringe a patent related to telecommunication devices with simplified calling procedures.  Gammino has filed suit nine prior times since 2003 against more than 20 defendants including AT&T, Sprint-Nextel, Verizon, and Virgin Mobile.  11/21, District of Kansas, 2:2011cv02635.
