Acacia Subsidiary Sues Hynix Semiconductor with Patents from Mitsubishi

DRAM Memory Technologies (DMT) [NPE] filed suit against Hynix Semiconductor, alleging that Hynix’s DRAM chips infringe five patents related to integrated circuit devices.  DMT is a subsidiary of Acacia Research and has filed one prior suits since March 2011 against Elite Semiconductor, Etron Technology, Hynix Semiconductor, and Integrated Silicon Solution.  The patents-in-suit originated with Mitsubishi, and were assigned to DMT in February 2011. 11/18, Central District of California, 8:2011cv01789.
